01 Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and rbazi ("rbazi", "we", "us", "the platform") governing your access to and use of the rbazi website, mobile application, and all associated gaming services available at rbazi.vip.

By creating an account on rbazi, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the rbazi platform.

These Terms apply to all players regardless of the device or method used to access rbazi. They apply equally whether you access the platform through a web browser, the rbazi Android app, or any other supported interface.

02 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register an account with rbazi, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. rbazi does not permit minors to register or use the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person or entity.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended rbazi account.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement with rbazi or any other gaming platform that would prohibit your participation.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process.

rb azi reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. This may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on rbazi. If rbazi identifies that a player holds multiple accounts, all accounts may be suspended and any balances held across those accounts may be forfeited pending investigation.

03 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your rbazi account login credentials, including your username and password. rbazi strongly recommends that you use a unique, strong password that is not used for any other online service.

You must not share your account credentials with any other person. Any activity that occurs on your account is your responsibility, regardless of whether it was carried out by you or by someone else using your credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact rbazi support immediately.

• Do not share your login details with friends, family, or anyone else.
• Do not access rbazi from shared or public devices without logging out after each session.
• Enable any available two-factor authentication options on your account.
• Report any suspicious activity on your account to support without delay.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

rbazi supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). rbazi does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Deposits are credited to your rbazi account balance as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. In most cases this is immediate. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by the rbazi payments team. The majority of withdrawals are completed within 15 to 30 minutes of submission. Withdrawals will be sent to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless otherwise agreed with the support team.

• Minimum deposit amount: as displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: as displayed on the withdrawal page at the time of request.
• Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification before processing.
• rbazi reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing if fraud or money laundering is suspected.
• Funds deposited into your rbazi account must be used for gaming purposes and may not be deposited and immediately withdrawn without any gaming activity.

05 Bonuses, Promotions, and Offers

rbazi offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are displayed at the point of offer. These specific terms take precedence over any general statements about bonuses made elsewhere on the platform.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific bonus terms, the following general conditions apply to all rbazi bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, household, IP address, and device.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted to cash without meeting any applicable wagering requirements.
• rbazi reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including creating multiple accounts, using VPNs to appear as a new user, or coordinating with other players — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in permanent account closure.
• Wagering requirements, where applicable, must be met within the timeframe specified in the bonus terms. Uncompleted wagering requirements will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from the account.

06 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on rbazi are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By placing a bet on any game, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules of that game.

rbazi uses provably fair technology for applicable games, including Dice. This system allows players to independently verify that game outcomes were not manipulated. Instructions for verifying game results are available in the relevant game section.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on rbazi and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of account balance:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using any form of artificial intelligence or decision-support software not approved by rbazi.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or interfere with the platform's software or security systems.

07 Responsible Gaming

rbazi takes responsible gaming seriously. The platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options. These tools are available to all registered players at any time through the account settings section.

If you choose to self-exclude from rbazi, your account will be suspended for the period you select. During a self-exclusion period, rbazi will take reasonable steps to prevent you from accessing your account, including blocking marketing communications. Self-exclusion requests cannot be reversed before the selected period has elapsed.

08 Account Suspension and Closure

rbazi reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if rbazi has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• The player has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• The player's account has been used for fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal purpose.
• The player holds more than one account on the platform.
• The player has abused the bonus system or engaged in any form of collusion.

In cases where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, rbazi reserves the right to withhold any balance held in the account pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited. If no breach is confirmed, the balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting rbazi support. Any remaining balance at the time of voluntary closure will be processed as a withdrawal to the player's registered payment method.

09 Privacy and Data Protection

rbazi collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at rbazi.vip/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

rbazi does not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only where required for payment processing, identity verification, or legal compliance. All data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption.

10 Limitation of Liability

rbazi provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While rbazi makes every effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, rbazi does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rbazi shall not be liable for any loss of funds, loss of data, or any other direct or indirect loss arising from:

• Temporary unavailability of the platform due to maintenance or technical issues.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any decision you make based on information provided on the platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits rbazi's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11 Changes to These Terms

rbazi may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via email or an in-platform notification. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the rbazi platform after notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
